What does Thermalogic offer?
At Thermalogic, temperature control is our only business. That's why we
are so good at it. In our 30+ years in the temperature business, we've
literally come to know our field inside out.
We dedicate 100% of this expertise to the one thing our customers expect
from us — helping them achieve effective, dependable thermal
management. We will basically build what you want so that you no longer
need to work around an off-the-shelf product.
How do I place an order?
Thermalogic is pleased to accept your company's P.O. with prior credit
approval. For your convenience we also accept American Express,
MasterCard, and Visa.

What is the availability of standard controls and sensors?
Most units, built on standard parts are shipped within a few days.
Since we have a vast library of PC boards available for us to work
around, custom controls can often be shipped as quickly. Of course, more
complicated custom work may take a few weeks.
In every case, we are dedicated to responding quickly to our customers needs.
Do you offer a quantity discount?
Definitely, contact the sales department for details. You can call them

can fill in the request a quote form. In any case,
our sales engineers will respond quickly, usually within 24 hours.
How can I get a development process started?
Start with our request a quote form. If you have not
yet developed a "wish list" of functions for your temperature control,
our engineers will be happy to consult with you about your needs. You

case, our sales engineers will respond as soon as possible, usually
within 24 hours.
What about support documentation?
Support documentation comes with the original units. This documentation
usually consists of a manual and a wiring diagram.

What price range should I expect?
Our controls and sensors are priced competitively and will vary
depending upon their complexity.
Controls generally range from $40 to $5000.
Sensors cost between $10 and $300.
If I change my mind, can I make changes during the development stage?
If you decide that you need more, less, or just different features, we
will work with you to to produce a control to fill your needs. The
development stage is absolutely the best time to make changes to your
unit.
